Anal Fissure/Hemorroids?
So this is gross, I know. 
But I really need help.
Okay, so I looked it up online awhile back and I thought I had an anal fissure.
But then I also checked hemorroids and it said signs of that was if your butt itched or you bled after a bowel movement (which is also a sign of anal fissure.)
So how do I know which I have?
And what do I about it?!

I have a problem with both and no they aren’t always caused by anal sex. Often anal fissures (which are just tears or cuts in the anal canal) can be caused by rough things in your feces or a hard fecal content. If they continue take some stool softeners or some Miralax or both. The tears often accompany hemorrhoids internal or external. Use some hydrocortisone cream for either. The cream says don’t use internally but I have been told by multiple doctors to ignore that. You can wash good after a bowel movement and push some into your anal canal with your finger or use a small syringe to put about 1cc inside for internal hemorrhoids and put a small amount outside for external ones. They should heal in about a week. Hot sits baths will also help. I know it sounds gross but it’s a part of life for some of us. If you have severe internal ones consult a surgeon they can remove them permanently by banding. Severe internal ones can become severe enough to cause an obstruction and there is often no urgency to move your bowels so internals can become a real health risk. Banding is a painful procedure but I can tell you well worth it if they are severe. Externals are the most painful and fissures bleed like a stuck pig but are really not harmful.
