ok…more detailed….well I ahd my baby almost 4 months ago and I seriously cant use the restroom(#2) for nothing in the world. I mean I can go days without using the restroom.. I had an episiotomy done to me and doctor cut me alot and i mean alot…
things i have tried….
-metamucil
-fiber chewable pills
-milk of magnesia
-castor [...]

here's the thing: these past days when i do #2, i bleed because it's so hard and dry. Like something is hard against your skin….People i seriously dont want hemorroids or anything else! PLZ SOS! for the sake of my butt PLZ! HELP!
PS: i'm not constipated, true i dont go every singgle day but ever [...]
