mommies! a little help?

Ok I gave birth on may 22 and I bled up til 7 1/2 weeks and now im spotting (no I can’t be pregnant, this is not even a doubt) brown like discharge but its just spotting.
Is this normal? What’s going on?
Also if hemorroids is not treated what could happen? Thanks sorry if TMI.
